The birding was a little slow, but it was a really nice morning, and we did see some photographable things:
A pair of drogons that seemed to be courting...

a changeable hawk eagle...

and some orioles.

The park was a drive-through (even a walk-through) and we did do some driving and walking, mainly looking at birds, although there were some nice animal encounters.

We had lunch on the edge of a lake and did some more birding there, as well as while driving through some more of the park's 20,000 acres in the afternoon.
We got back to the hotel mid afternoon and enjoyed a little stretch of down time, before another nice dinner at a restaurant a block or two from the hotel.
Occasional musing: That have been times in the past while traveling that I've had trouble getting motivated to make the most of the travel opportunities, due to difficulties, fatigue, illness, etc., but I just noticed a little slip in motivation today that I realize is due to contentment with what we've done in the time we've been here. It's a much nicer problem to solve.

That is one of those so-called "good problems"! :-)
